Through more than three decades of supplying audio visual support to every imaginable type of event and client, Proshow has developed, refined and perfected a series of five steps that guide our development process for virtually every project.
LISTEN to the client and work in partnership to establish and/or define a clear event vision;
INTERPRET the vision by creatively using audio visual technology and event processes to deliver project goals and objectives;
COLLABORATE with the clients’ team, the venue, presenters as well as any additional suppliers on every aspect of project development, implementation and execution;
CREATE audio visual and presentational content that complements and supports project objectives;
DELIVER the event and fulfill the client’s vision to the highest professional and service standards.
Event planning and delivery often involves complicated logistics with significant time-sensitive moving parts.
