THE ASK

The client required a carefully timed, visually driven show to accommodate 72 award presentations. With a focus on flow, impact, and precision, the event was designed to fully immerse attendees in an atmosphere that captured both the prestige and creative energy of the awards.

They asked Proshow to collaborate with longtime creative partner Orange Frog Productions, who led the show’s overall design, to ensure seamless technical execution across all elements. Our role was to align all technical aspects with Orange Frog’s vision, delivering a polished experience within the allocated budget.

THE SOLUTION

After Orange Frog Productions developed the creative layout, Proshow collaborated closely to ensure the design could be executed smoothly from a technical standpoint. The setup featured multiple screens of varying sizes and heights, strategically positioned to maximize visual impact and maintain clear sightlines across the room.

The complexity of the configuration required careful planning to maintain visual consistency across all displays. Proshow used a combination of projection and LED technologies, integrating them with Pixera for content playback and precise control throughout the show.

The result was a visually dynamic and cohesive production that elevated the audience experience and delivered a consistent visual narrative across all 72 award presentations.
