St.Paul’s Hospital CME Conference

NeurIPS Annual Conference
The Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS) is a premier global event that unites leaders in machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and computational neuroscience. Renowned as one of the most prestigious annual gatherings in the field, NeurIPS serves as a dynamic platform for cutting-edge research, industry collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
With over 16,000 attendees, NeurIPS has established itself as a cornerstone for researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to explore groundbreaking developments and shape the future of AI and computational sciences. Leading tech companies, including Amazon, Google, Apple, Meta, and Microsoft, sponsor and participate in the event, further emphasizing its influence and importance in the AI landscape.
Heart & Stroke Foundation Gala
Since its inception in 2005, the Heart & Stroke Gala, presented by the BC Lions, has raised over $11 million to support lifesaving initiatives for individuals affected by heart disease and stroke. The 2024 Gala took place in the elegant Star Sapphire Ballroom at the Fairmont Pacific Rim, delivering an evening filled with inspiration, entertainment, and generosity. Guests were moved by heartfelt stories, enjoyed exquisite dining, and experienced high-energy moments, such as the live auction.
AME Round Up
The AME Roundup is a globally renowned conference bringing together professionals and stakeholders from the mineral exploration industry. This annual event serves as a platform for sharing knowledge, addressing industry challenges, and fostering collaboration to advance sustainable resource development. The 2025 conference welcomed over 6,500 attendees from 34 countries and featured 62 keynote speakers, including geologists, researchers, and industry leaders.
The conference emphasized critical topics such as tools and technologies shaping the shift to a low-carbon future, sustainable exploration practices, and regional economic recovery. David Eby, Premier of British Columbia, underscored the significance of the event by announcing the first phase of a made-in-BC critical minerals strategy.
UBC VGH Vitality Gala
The Vitality Gala is an annual fundraising event organized by Vancouver General Hospital and its research partner, the University of British Columbia. This prestigious gala supports the people, technology, research, and care across various healthcare facilities throughout the lower mainland. The event’s primary focus is to raise funds for vital research, recruit, and train world-class healthcare workers, and provide them with the necessary tools to save and improve lives.
Energy Disruptors Unite
Energy Disruptors is a catalyst for bold, game-changing solutions to the world’s biggest energy challenges. It’s an event where the world’s energy trailblazers collide in Calgary to redefine future energy. Proshow Audiovisual is proud to have supported e=mc2 events with the production of the Energy Disruptors conference. In addition to the 2022 summit, we were also involved with the first event hosting Sir Richard Branson in 2018, and the 2019 version with keynote speaker Malcolm Gladwell.
Enserva Stars & Spurs Gala
The annual PSAC Stars & Spurs Gala is one of the longest-running and largest fundraisers in Alberta. This annual event is hosted by Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC) and since its inception, has raised over $17 million for the Shock Trauma Air Rescue Society Air Ambulance.
For the seventh consecutive year Proshow had the privilege of being part of yet another amazing night supporting the Enserva’s STARS & SPURS Gala. Over 1,000 attendees, including top executives, government officials, and valued members of the petroleum service, supply, and manufacturing industries, helped raise over $1.3 million for stars critical care, which provides lifesaving support across Western Canada.
Junior Achievement of BC (JABC) Gala Dinner
JABC approached Proshow to collaborate on its 18th Annual Business Laureates of BC Gala Dinner and
Induction Ceremony, held at the Vancouver Convention Centre, the proud home of the Hall of Fame. For
yet another year, Proshow was tasked with bringing JABC’s vision for this prestigious event, attended by
over 900 distinguished guests, to life. Proceeds from the gala were generously dedicated to supporting
JABC’s invaluable work as a highly effective not-for-profit organization that delivers engaging and
experiential education in work readiness, financial wellbeing, and entrepreneurship. The memorable
evening served a dual purpose: honoring the remarkable achievements of the Laureates while also
highlighting the transformative impact of JABC’s programs on the bright futures of many talented
students.
SNO 28th Annual Meeting
This 5-day conference, is hosted annually bringing in an average attendance of more than 2600 researchers and clinician scientists spanning across 40 countries. The SNO Annual Meeting stands as the largest neuro-oncology conference globally. Encompassing a diverse array of neuro-oncology disciplines, professions, and interests, SNO 2023 is the leading forum for the exchange of knowledge and insights into the future of neuro-oncology research and treatment.
FNHC Gathering Wisdom for a Shared Journey
Every 18 months, the Gathering Wisdom forum brings together Chiefs, Leaders, Health Directors, and wellness leads to engage in crucial discussions and decision-making that shape the foundation of First Nations health and wellness. The 2023 Gathering Wisdom Forum, held at the Vancouver Convention Centre, placed a particular emphasis on the 10-year strategy for addressing the Social Determinants of Health, and provided an opportunity for Chiefs to receive updates on progress and engage in meaningful discussions about the future directions for the health care system. The forum featured VIP guest speakers who shared their support for the ongoing efforts to improve health and wellness outcomes for First Nations communities.
